July 2026 Pequod's Pizza Pickup Giveaway

Official Sweepstakes Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Sponsor
The July 2026 Pequod's Pizza Pickup Giveaway ("Sweepstakes") is sponsored by DwellSocial, LLC ("Sponsor"), located at 3100 Concord Ct, Northbrook, Illinois.

2. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 AM Central Time on Friday, June 26th and ends at 5:59:59 PM Central Time on Sunday, June 26th ("Sweepstakes Period"). Entries received outside the Sweepstakes Period will not be eligible.

3. Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) of Sponsor and its affiliates are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.

4. How to Enter
During the Sweepstakes Period:
Find the official July 2026 Pequod's Pickup Giveaway post on Facebook or Instagram.
Comment on the post and tag one (1) friend in your comment.
Each comment tagging one different friend counts as one (1) entry.
Participants may submit up to five (5) total entries by posting up to five (5) separate comments, each tagging a different individual.
Duplicate tags, tagging the same person multiple times, tagging fake accounts, businesses, celebrities, or accounts that do not reasonably appear to belong to an individual may be disqualified.
No purchase is required to enter.

5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive:
One (1) Medium One-Topping (or lesser value) Parbaked Pequod's Pizza redeemable through a July 2026 DwellSocial pickup event.
Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $44.00
The prize is non-transferable, may not be redeemed for cash, and no substitutions are permitted except at Sponsor's sole discretion.

6. Winner Selection
One winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
The drawing will occur on or about Sunday, June 28th.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Notification
The winner will be announced in the comments of the giveaway post and contacted via direct message from DwellSocial.
The selected winner must respond within 72 hours of notification.
If the selected winner does not respond within the required time, is found to be ineligible, or cannot be contacted, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

8. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.

9. Release
By participating, entrants release and hold harmless DwellSocial, LLC, Pequod's Pizza, Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook and Instagram), and their respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance or use of the prize.

10. Platform Disclaimer
This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram. Participants understand they are providing information to DwellSocial, LLC and not to Facebook or Instagram.

11. Privacy
Information collected in connection with this Sweepstakes will be used solely for administering the Sweepstakes and in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy.

12. Winner List
To request the winner's first name and city after the Sweepstakes has concluded, email info@dwellsocial.com within thirty (30) days following the end of the Sweepstakes.
